Refund policy

At Chill Of The Chase (COTC), we take pride in providing authentic, high-quality TCG products. To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of collectibles, please read our returns and refunds policy carefully.

🔁 Returns

We do not accept returns on any items that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with in any way. This includes booster packs, boxes, sealed products, and single cards that have been removed from protective packaging.

Returns are only accepted if:

• The wrong item was sent

• The product arrived damaged due to shipping (must be reported within 48 hours)

• Your order was cancelled before it was shipped

To initiate a return request, please contact us at glowcollects@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

💰 Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• We sent the wrong item (must be returned in original, sealed condition)

• You cancel your order before it has been dispatched

• An item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

📦 Important Notes

• We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling after delivery.

• All products are authentic and packed with care to ensure safe arrival.

• If your order included tracking, please review your shipping status before contacting us.
