Shipping policy

At Chill Of The Chase (COTC), we aim to get your order packed and posted as quickly and carefully as possible. Below are the details of how we handle shipping to ensure a smooth experience for our fellow TCG fans.


📦 Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking (if applicable) once your order has been shipped.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer both standard and express shipping options at checkout:

  • Orders under $30 AUD: Eligible for untracked (single cards) or tracked shipping (your choice).

  • Orders over $30 AUD: Automatically qualify for tracked shipping (standard or express).

  • All items are shipped from Australia using reliable domestic carriers such as Australia Post or Sendle.


🌏 International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. There are plans to offer this in the near future, so please stay tuned. Should there be any questions, please feel free to send us a message.


📬 Delivery Times (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days (estimated)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (estimated)

Delivery times may vary based on your location and postal service performance, especially during peak periods or holidays.


📦 Packaging & Care

All items—especially sealed products and single cards—are packed with care to ensure they arrive safely:

  • Single cards: Sleeved and top-loaded or in secure card holders

  • Sealed products: Bubble-wrapped and boxed for extra protection


❗ Delays or Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we are not liable for shipping delays once the order has left our hands. If there’s an issue with your delivery, please reach out and we’ll help however we can.

For tracked orders, please check your tracking link first for updates.


📮 Lost or Damaged Orders

  • Untracked shipping is used at the customer’s risk. We are not responsible for lost or delayed untracked parcels.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
